This one is a bit hard to explain.
When loading a Ferrikki URL, if it contains G2 [GG] Heart Tears, the popup will not close automatically when you click "Load Design". You have to click the "Close" button.
When you open up Load Design again, you will discover that the Ferrikki URL (the one with Heart Tears) is still there, and if you want to load a new one, you will have to manually clear it first or refresh the generator page.

It was missing a Trait Scroll.
