Whenever I've fought a water sprite in Astral's Tranquility today, it's failed to work until I reload the page. I am able to click on each combatant, but not "end turn". This is what it looks like:

It's been happening every battle, with no pattern.

Ditto, same thing for me also especially clearing flotsam task. actually, maybe exclusively clearing flotsam for me. I'm on the water, I run into flotsam, I clear it with my team of 3, and 3 enemy appear but it seems never finish loading and I have to reload the screen to start the fight.
Oh, now it has occurred in sweet blossom orchard same scenario, gathering apples task. only with lunemara as the foe

Ran into a super similar issue today under slightly different circumstances,
Myconids in the Forgotten Caverns, they may have leapt out from something, but I wasn't paying great amounts of attention until it'd been two or three turns of their health bars staying still, so I'm not entirely sure if they did or if it was just an ordinary encounter.
