I've completed several missions, and received all the rewards, except the satchels. not one satchel since i completed the tutorial. please help, i have no idea why i don't receive satchels from missions and i'm wondering if they appear somewhere outside of my inventory?

Have you been getting Poor, Satisfactory, or Exceptional results?
Getting a Poor result means no Satchel reward (as Poor gives half the mission reward payout as compared to Satisfactory, which is the baseline payout- since the base satchel payout is 1, Poor gives 0)
If you've been getting Satisfactory or Exceptional, the satchels should be located in your Player Trades page waiting to be accepted
