So I was doing the task for the 50 chocolate coins which is give a personal item in trick-or-treating, and I have an avatar item, Defiled Priest's Wilted Bouquet (Cotton Candy) to be specific, and I went to give it to a player and it doesn't show it as an option to give it to a player. I know it's a tradeable item, so I don't know why it's not showing up.

I think there are some restrictions on which Avatar Items you can give to others. So that's most likely the reason here.
