I played the "Pick a Door" game, then picked a door that said "Prize," but I never got one.

all of the games in a series are the same 'game', which is why you can only play during one single one of the time slots. This is done so people can play at a time that works for them availability-wise.
Prizes, as such, don't go out until the final game in the series is complete (in this case, after the final game- game 13- concludes on monday the 27th (it does take a little bit longer for Krinadon to send the prizes out, as it's a manual process he needs to trigger, so it won't be immediately after the final game concludes))
