So basically how do you send a specific player something through the trade broker? This is like the one thing I haven't figured out yet lol

you don't use the broker for that, you just use the direct trade button in the inventory.
(That's this one: )
Select item, click button to open popup, input recipient, and the CoD (cost on delivery) if it's being traded for gold
