I saw it was a exploration drop, where and who drops it?

The Herbalist outfit can be dropped in Sweet Blossom Orchard by Koralai. She spawns by the Mushroom house in Sweet Blossom Orchard.

Oh, by the way, from my experience, the outfit is a hard drop to come by, and Koralai also isn't the only one who spawns at the Mushroom House, she spawns interchangeably with a Deviant Channeler(Who doesn't drop the outfit).
