I thought when it said I would get +20 on the lucky draw that I would get 20 points. However, when I win the round and it says +20, I only get 10. Likewise, I get nothing when it says +10, even if I still win the round. Why is that?

if i remember right, the game costs 10 points to play each round. so if you lose a game, you'll notice you lose 10 points as well. i'd assume the points are taken after the round concludes rather than before.
