When it comes to missions, what is the requirements for unlocking missions? Do missions unlock with City reputation or is there something else that unlocks missions?
I'm asking this because one of my friend's mentioned she has a lvl 36 pet that couldn't do a lvl 25 mission and she is in the 'friendly ' city rep for that city... yet it shows her the mission that she can't do?

I think it depends on your progress for the region. I believe that you have to complete a zone in order to unlock its missions? Something like that.
Sorry lol, it's been awhile since I've worked on it so I'm just trying to remember.

If it's grayed out, it means another pet already has the mission.

Interesting, I know the mission gave my friend an error despite not saying there was a rep requirement. I'll have to ask her again later when she is on about it.
