When exactly is it going to start? at midnight or at 12pm

It'll start when Krin starts it, basically. Expect ~midday sylestia time, though

He manually starts all events, generally when all or at least most things are ready, hence why the timing on the starting can be a but unpredictable- He has to get all the files uploaded, type the posts, etc.
