It would be nice if we could add videos to a post in the forums. There is a code:

that would work perfectly, as it fits in with the rest of the coding style. It's simple to use.

Now, one concern about this new add on would be that people would spam the code, slowing down then site some. That may be a problem, but it could be avoided. If a rule was placed that no more then (max #) of videos were posted on one page, or maybe even a code/program that prevented the code from working after a certain amount were posted on one page. I don't know, sometimes like that.

I second that! Its a great idea, and videos can be helpful for all sorts of things. Not to mention it would make the site a lot more interesting...

There's so many videos on like origami folding and music and how tos on DIY things. I can't imagine any of it pertaining to Sylestia that has a need for such. x:

At best, we can link to them with the URL tags. But, as far as priorities and practicality goes, I don't see an urgent need or a need at all for this. xD

Actually, I've had times when I wanted to share a really funny video on the forums, but unable to do so because there isn't a feature to embed videos directly XD

Maybe something like [vid=inserturl][/vid] so that videos aren't only limited to youtube ones?
