When trying to open the snare trap pack, it gives an error that reads " You can only use this item during or within 30 days of the Winter Festival." From the looks of it, it was programmed for last year and wasn't updated to allow for opening in 2022! It's easily repeatable and I can give screenshots if needed.

It should be able to be opened now.
