Uh so I am not sure if I am losing my mind or not so I'm just gonna say it.

I'm on laptop and bought 4 avatar chests. All of them opened. But only two items actually showed up in my inventory. I refreshed the page and the other two didn't show up. I also checked through my WHOLE inv and couldn't find them.

Did you get duplicates of items already in your inventory? If so, they would have stacked with the same item that was already there.

Not that I'm aware of tbh, but idk so I was hoping krin could help. Even if it makes me look stupid lol

Which specific Avatar boxes did you open? There's a few variations available atm.

Unfortunately, item tracking is still one of the systems lagging behind so I can't see exactly what you got out of those boxes. But I can check over the code to see if there's any potential issues.

The halloween ones from the fest shop. And I don't know what I opened either one was an outfit I think. Kinda sad I was excited to open.

I would be extremely confident that you ended up just receiving items that you already have and so they were just auto stacked in. The code for the basic Retired Avatar Boxes hasn't changed in a long time and thousands and thousands have been opened without issue.

I can see that you received two new items from those 4 boxes. So my best guess is that the other 2 were just items you already had in your Inventory and these were just stacked in. Unfortunately, this action does not show up in the database for me to track at this time.

I wish I could have provided you a clearer answer. As I said, just unfortunately, the whole Inventory system is still all original code so it's not the greatest to look through lol.
