The broker doesn't work in an auction style, items priced are just sold at the flat price they're listed at which is why most people will price around the lowest/average price to encourage people to actually buy their offer. If your item is listed for way higher than other offers, people are just going to buy those instead of yours. I don't think there's really any avatar items that are worth 50mil+ let alone any of these ones (also 95% sure no one owns 999mil gold ^^;)

For pricing on broker, the ryori held is up for 460k at the lowest (Not sure if the helds would go for that still), the kobold held is listed at 200k lowest, and the starseeker fox is listed at 100k lowest. The newer helds from this fest's bosses will still probably go down depending on popularity as fest progresses and more people get them as drops.
