I noticed one of my pets is 2% inbred is that bad? Dose it affect the pet in any way I'm worried if it makes my pet sick or weak ect

It has no affect on the pet. If you look at any completed max stat/super max project you'll note that they're all inbred to various degrees. Probably most/all of 4-6v completed projects, too.
So no worries. Your pet will be fine. :)
