Include purebred: No is no longer working. Include purebred: Only and Include purebred: Yes work fine.

the Include Purebred dropdown only functions if the Themed dropdown is not in the default Any position.
Honestly I feel like it should maybe be more clear on the page since this trips up a lot of people, but it is functioning how I assume? it was intended? Krin spill the beans was this how it was intended or has it just been broken the whole time
So if you want to search gen1 themes only, Themed: Yes (or specific theme name) / Include PB: No
("Themed: No" will remove all themed including PB from the listings regardless of the PB setting)
