Im quite sure this little dude linked below had 1700s health before the prisma was applied. Thinking his hp would be close to max i boosted him. Looking at him now he has the same health as he has before. Not sure about other stats.

It looks like you did not apply a Prismatic Philter to that Pet. It was was let to hatch on its own. It received +1 Strength.

I def didn't let him hatch on his own as I boosted him as soon as I hatched him. As he was the only one that was a good result from that breeding session I would have def used a prisma. I made the thread as soon as I hatched him and noticed his hp didn't go up. Very weird but I did it on my phone. I def didn't lose a prisma from my account around the time he hatched?

Nope. It would not have removed the philter from your account.
I can retroactively apply the philter to the pet if you'd like? I just have to do it manually.

that would be good. He got really close to max and the philter would have gotten him very much closer

I have retroactively applied the philter.
I was incorrect initially, it received +20 Health for hatching on its own; not +1 Strength. Looked at the wrong chart. =P
