What is this? It doesn't seem to be in my inventory nor in the barrack's material list.

It's an avatar item that you can make in the Blacksmith area of the barracks. It doesn't show in the main material list, but you'll be able to see all your available designs in the Avatar Item area of the Blacksmith.
