How do you send egglings directly to a specific player?

move the eggling to your stable and in the mange pet setion where you set up their price for sale there an option for 'sell tp user ID"

you'll need to enter the ID number (found on their profile) into that box as well as the price your selling/trading the eggling at.

only the player with that ID will be able to purchase the eggling then

You also dont need to put them in your stables, you can still privately sell in your hatchery, just so youre aware.
