How do I get to the Astryl's Meadow?

Astryl's meadow is only accessible during springfest.
Springfest has passed its soft-close date, and so the Meadow is now inaccessible until next year (hard close is in a few days, at which point the sylesti gardening, task log, and spring fest shop will close as well)
