Any tips for making themes? Im having a really hard time trying to decide which colors go where. Ive tried the picture method, but it still isnt working for me, and what I do come up with is still pretty bad. Help please?

Making theme designs takes trial and error, and it's a learning process, you kind of get a feel for things over time- although some species may always give problems (ugh, qits). If you put designs in gen or make a thread the design discussion forums asking cor feedback, people are generally willing to give their opinions, which can also help smooth out colours
