I've completed all the quests for Trollsblight Caverns and Fungus Grove, but Jinxie keeps telling me to go back to Trollsblight Caverns to investigate. Am I missing a final something to finish off?

Did you open the satchel from your Inventory when you completed the "Capture a Sylesti" quest?
