this could definitely just be me, but for about the past day i've been having really bad issues with images not loading in properly in both the generator and wardrobe,

in the wardrobe while trying to change my avatar i'd have to refresh the page in order for some items to show on my character, and some avatar items wouldn't show up in their icons.

while designing in the generator it sometimes takes several tries for all 4 pictures to load a color/trait, at one point the female sylvorpa sprite disappeared entirely, upon making a change it came back though

again this absolutely could just be internet issues on my end, but it doesn't seem like any of my other games have had issues. i'm on a pc with google chrome if it helps.

I am not aware of any issues on our end related to this and it does sound to be an isolated issue as I haven't heard of others reporting the same.

My best guess would be that it's just something network related that will hopefully clear up within a few days, if it hasn't already.

It does thankfully appear to be back to normal now!
