I'm not seeing the options to purchase prizes with my points from the lucky draw. In the picture on the overview it looked like there are supposed to be buttons to claim the rewards, but they arent there.
Also, im sorry if i didnt report this properly.

You have to not be in a game (hit "end game" after a round) for the 'claim prizes' buttons to appear

no, no, it made me realize I didn't know (the amount of time I have put to lucky draw in previous years has been. rather minimal); I just have more experience with the site and was able to guess what I should check first
