The title pretty much says it. Similar to the ExP orbs, but for ability proficiency. I can definitely say I'd spend gold/diamonds on these.

I support this! No, it wouldn't be 'pay to play', otherwise you'd see people asking for EXP orbs' removal for that exact complaint.


Ranking up is a massive pain, especially for casual players like myself. If it's too expensive than I probably wouldn't buy it, but they would likely also be gained elsewhere, like how EXP orbs are.

I definitely agree that ranking can be a pain for the casual player (especially when you want to rank a new element), but I also agree that I don't want something like this to make ranking a 'pay to win' type scenario. I think that, if these orbs were to become a thing, they would have to be gained from fights in the LG (only place you can rank), and they would be a far rarer drop than experience orbs. I'd also venture to making them untradeable, so that the ranking orbs would really only be helping you rank alt teams, not being able to be sold for profit.

I have considered some form of this. But I have no immediate plans to implement it just yet.

This is what I would like, make them found in the LG, so the only way to 'buy' them would be to buy them from other players.

edit: with the exception of untradeable. I dislike account bound items in general, and I really hate it when I get something that would be so useful to other players but can't evven give it away.

If the issue is that players not in the LG could then rank their pets up, make a minimum level they have to be at, or perhaps, if possible, have the barracks at least built etc..
