I am so excited to be here! I have been playing for a few weeks, but I just found out there was a forums here. I really love this game so far, so I want to see if I can make a few new friends along the way. I'm a little bit shy, but if you message me, I will try to respond as quickly as I can :)

I am a student still, so I might not be on too often. I will try to check daily though, if anyone wants to message me!

Nice to meet you all!

Greetings, Claw! It's nice to meet ya!
I'm also very new, been playin' for four days to be exact, and hell I'm with ya on enjoying the game. I found myself playing Sylestia for a total of 6hrs straight on my first day, whoops, but I just loved the story and was quickly in love with the battling mechanic. Just today reaching The Forgotten Tomb!

I'd love to be your pal! Was looking for buddies myself. If you'd like, you can read my own introduction here! > https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=101685 <

I hope you have had a great week, and I hope you the best with school!

Hi, I'd be happy to be your buddy! I read your introduction, and I also really love to read :) My favorite genres are fantasy and science fiction, although I also really like mystery books. What about you?

Wonderful! Same with the fantasy and mystery, though I also really enjoy a good thriller. I love a story that'll keep me on my toes, making it hard to put it to the side.

Have a favorite author? I personally don't as I just grab whatever book looks interesting; I don't often remember the author names. Though, I am getting into Stephen King's work!

I do the exact same thing when I look for books! I just look at the summaries and if they sound cool to me, then I check out the book. I don't have a favorite author either. A book series I really enjoyed though is the Ranger's Apprentice series. It's an adventure book about a character in a fantasy world. There is no magic, but it is kind of like medieval times when there was no technology and there were lots of different types of kingdoms.

Do you have any favorite books you could recommend to me? I'm always looking for more fun books to read.

Ehk, sorry, I forgot to check back here!

Ranger's Apprentice? Oooo, I'd have to check it out! I still got plenty books I hardly know where to put, but ay, always ready to add another to the shelf.

Hhmmm, let me think... I really enjoyed False Memory by Dean Koontz (a really good author, actually!), True Evil by Greg Iles, errhhmm what else... that's all I can think right now, but both stories really set your heart racing, really puts you in the moment! Fantastic thrillers, agh! I really wish I can remember the title of one book with a boy with a fatal heart condition that if I remember correctly, traveled to another, fantasy-like world in an adventure to... well, I forgot, but it was fantastic. Incredible read, I really wish I can remember more of it. I read it years ago back in middle school, but damn was it beautiful. I'm sure if I could find it, you'll love it if you got ya hands on it. I think it may have been called Griffin's Feather, or Golden Feather... something feather? I can't remember, but if I find out, I'll let you know! It was the first book that came to mind after reading your response, it really feels like it's right up your alley.

I'll definitely go check out the books! Just the names themselves sound so interesting! I am currently at a shortage of new books, so those will be perfect! Another book that I really enjoyed was HIVE by Mark Walden, and it's super exciting. I was on the edge of my chair throughout the whole book!
