I've been kind of confused, so it would really help if you said the species properly (I don't blame you if you don't remember haha).
The 'animals' = Sylesties.
Cubs = Morkko
Incubator- I'm not sure what that means, but it's either your Stables or your Hatchery.
The imperial dragons..are Themed Zolnixi (the foxes) or are you talking about the Ny'venes, themed or not?
