I feel like there should be a 50g fee to freeze a brew and it stays the same quality, but it takes 30 minutes to an hour (depending on how long it was frozen) to warm back up before continuing completion progress. so that you can go to sleep or take a break without many consequences.

That kind of defeats the point - plus 50g would be a ridiculously low price for that.

This is actually a decent idea. But, if you breeze the brew, the Brew will also stopgrowing?
For example, if my Eerie Lights is at 25%, and it's at PerfectI would freeze it for when I wake up. But after 12 hours it's still 25%. But the condition/quality is still Perfect like when I last left it. Then I would Unfreeze it, takes about 30 minutes. NOW my brew starts growing gain.
*freeze
*stop growing

The bonus is for being active enough to help the brew. It's a bonus for a reason. No support.

Well, then what if there was some reactive brew item that could undo it?
