Hey, so occasionally when Im minding my own business in Sylestia, I get logged out and get sent out to the Reset DNS screen. Can you fix this glitch so this stops happening? The only way I found to fix it is a power off and on with my phone, and its not a permanent solution. Its super annoying. Thanks, Krin!

The DNS issues should resolve themselves shortly, if not already.
They are beyond our control. It has to do with how the entirety of the internet updates its records. Think of an IP Address as a home address and think of the internet as address books. We've let the people who make the address books know that we have changed our address. So now it's just up to them to update their records of our address.
This process usually happens within 24 hours. But there's nothing we can do to speed it up, unfortunately.

Alright, thanks. I just dont enjoy waiting a day to join into the game.
