So on AS right now, you can filter by carried/vis/both/nothing, and carried/vis/both allows you to select a specific gene. With a "not" feature, you could show all traits in the slot except the one you select.
Example:
Search for Bulbori, with "M2 not Petal Wings" would show all bulbori with M2 Butterfly Wings, Chibi Wings, Jeweled Feather Wings, Fairy Wings, and nothing.
