This is more just an idea I've had. Feel free to add some more if anyone wants to ^^
Split Dyed Hair (Maybe just a couple new hairstyles to avoid all the extra work, and maybe set the colors as Hair 1 and Hair 2)
Heterochromia Eyes (Maybe as Eye 1 and Eye 2, or Left Eye and Right eye)
Piercings (Perhaps things like nose rings, or eye brow piercings, etc)
Colored makeup (Maybe being able to change the color for mascara, or have two different colors for eyeshadow)
Taptothebeat
