When I go to the Stables page and click Revive Pets, no matter how many pets I have unconscious it says I have zero unconscious and all options except Close are greyed out...

I believe you cannot use the Stable "Revive Pets" option on pets actively in your Party. You must first remove them from your Party to have them be revived.
If they are in your Party, they are not considered to be in your Stables.
