If you click the "who's online" thing in the bottom right and then scroll down through your friends, the whole main sylestia page you're on scrolls down as well, at a different speed.

Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do to prevent this. The chat is a third party integrated platform into our site. I don't really have any control over changing how it functions.
