Enby hums as his mom cooks dinner, she sighs and looks at him, "Darling, could you listen to me for a minute?" Enby nods, "Of course!"

Aether looked over. What would mother have to say? enby always listens. "Ma, want us to tune in too?" he gestured to his siblings.

"Yes, dear." The mom says, placing plates on the table

Galaxy stops what she was doing and listens to her mother.

he rolled his eyes slightly. their mother was so protective, why couldnt he do his own thing? "Well, hurry up and tell us then."

"Well, dear, You know how I always tell you that there would be one day where you all would have to separate and have a different family?" Their mom said, tears in her eyes. Enby stayed quiet, starting to tremble, he didn't want to leave his mother.

Aether sighed, not this again! a potato had more sense than their mother. "Look, ma, im only staying over for a bit, i have moved out, so of course i have new 'family'."

"Do not speak while I am talking. I taught you better than that." She said, glaring daggers through her child. Enby tilts his head, "Mother? Is this about the gods or something? I remember reading about it." He said

Aether leaned backwards, snorting. not this god stuff again. they were bored of this, his mother was going senile yes, he had noticed that his families magic was a bit stronger (his was strongest, but maybe his siblings werent old enough), but that doesnt mean they are deities.
