What if the Clans had never had to leave the forest, but rather were able to remain there for many more seasons more? This is the basis for this roleplay, quite simply. You are a cat from one of the four clans, ThunderClan, WindClan, ShadowClan, and RiverClan, and a prophecy will be revealed to one cat from each Clan, and events will lead so something that could destroy the Clans as a whole, and only the four cats selected, working together, will be able to stop it.
(I know it's vague, but why should I give away the plot before it even begins?)
Rules, because you gotta hate em', but ya gotta have em'
1. Follow the Warrior Code. Of course, I know it will get broken, and if it isn't, well, where's the fun in that?
2. Hate the character, not the player. Just because a character is a bit nasty doesn't mean the player deserves backlash.
3. No godmodding, and no Mary/Gary Sues. Perfect characters are uninteresting, and godmodding is a great way to get people angry.
4. Punctuation and capitalization. This is less important than the others, since it is just a pet peeve of mine. But still, your fellow roleplayers will thank you for punctuation alone.
5. My word is final. Do not argue with me-it is a great way to get me to remove you from the roleplay.
6. Please do not severely wound or kill another player's character without PMing them and asking.
7. If you are using multiple characters, please put the character's name, then on the line below put what they do. Then the next character on the post, and so on. This prevents a lot of confusion.
8. Put the name of your favorite animal in the Warriors books in the Extra section of your form.
9. Please only fill out the form if you intend to hang around.
10. Most importantly, if you and another player's character get it on, please take it out of this forum until you and the other player have finished up. This is so the whole forum doesn't get deleted by the admins. I'll give you one warning to clean up the post. After that, I will report you.
11. You may have as many characters as you wish, so long as you can control them.
12. Have fun! These rules may seem like a lot, but this is to help this roleplay to go on for a good long while. And expect mayhem. Lots and lots of mayhem...

Shadowstar is an unusually small cat, barely the size of an apprentice, with black tabby fur and bright purple eyes. His claws are reinforced with dogs' teeth after the BloodClan fashion, and are unusually sharp.
Personality:
Shadowstar is fair and kind, but is not soft, and will put down any rebellion quickly and efficiently. He is extremely loyal to his Clan, and will face anyone who threatens his Clan, up to and including his mate, Terror.

Backstory:
Long before Shadow was born, his mother wandered into the wrong part of Twolegplace, and was seduced by none other than Scourge of BloodClan, which lead to her being pregnant. In time, she birthed a healthy litter of three kits, which were promptly thrown out by his mothers owners. One of those three was Shadow himself, the smallest of the three. But there had been BloodClan cats watching the house, and the three kits were whisked away to Scourge. He looked them over, and gave them to a healthy young she-cat named Bloodraven who was already with kit. Two moons later, that kit was born, and only that one. Bloodraven raised Shadow and his siblings as her own, and soon Shadow and his siblings began training. His sister, Sorrow, actually fell before his own claws, resulting in his catching Scourge's eye as the strongest of the three. His brother, Claw, then turned on him, but Shadow threw him off. He was part of the invasion of the Clan territories, and fought the Clans to further BloodClan. But, as his father killed Tigerstar, and then his father was brought low, he realized he'd been wrong. Something snapped, and he realized how wrong his life had been to that point. So he slipped away, and eventually showed up at the ShadowClan camp, begging for a chance to show he truly meant to help ShadowClan. Eventually, he was allowed to join them, but was told he had to go through Warrior training like an apprentice.
During his time as an apprentice, Shadowpaw learned the Clans fighting techniques easily, and was quick at learning the Warrior Code. He was given his Warrior name in early Leaf-bare, and his thin fur lead to one miserable night. He grew to be one of the most powerful warriors in ShadowClan, and his loyalty was unshaken. Until he met Terror.
Things changed greatly. He remained unfailingly loyal, but at night would sneak out to meet with this she-cat from his past, and felt guilty about it every time.
Eventually, the deputy died, and Shadowclaw was chosen to become the next deputy
Shadowclaw served as deputy faithfully, and dealt with threats to the Clan swiftly. In time, the leader died, and Shadowclaw became Shadowstar.

Terror is a huge, pale orange cat with thick, fluffy fur, a bobbed tail, and scars crisscrossing her body. Her paws are huge and her legs unusually long, even given her stature, and she has lynx-like ear tufts and cheek fluffs. She wears a BloodClan collar, even though she is no longer a member of BloodClan, in order to protect her throat and spine from bites. Her claws, already long and hooked, are reinforced with dogs' teeth after the BloodClan style.
Personality:
Terror is aggressive and hotheaded, but not cruel, and will not prolong another cats suffering. However, if an injury would cripple another cat, friend or enemy, her immediate choice would be to kill them so they would not suffer indignity...most likely. Mid to late age will have her mellowed somewhat, and she's more likely to help the cat, so long as they aren't enemies. If they are enemies, she will ignore them.

Backstory:
Terror was born to Bloodraven of BloodClan, her father, a lynx named Jorie, had no choice but to leave soon after her birth. She was raised alongside Shadow and his siblings, Claw and Sorrow. Over time, she grew close to the tiny cat, she herself growing at an exponential rate, eventually standing far taller than any other cat, and never being beat, though she never fought Shadow. Soon after the invasion on the Clans, Terror realized her mother, as well as Scourge, had been killed, and rather than fight for the leadership of BloodClan, she left, pursuing the only cat she could trust: Shadow. She quickly learned he'd been taken in by ShadowClan And so she began watching him. Over many moons, she learned the Warrior Code by eavesdropping on Shadow as he trained apprentices.Then, eventually, she was caught, and fought off several Clan warriors, until Shadow arrived and neatly laid her out with a couple well-placed blows, then his teeth were deep in her throat, before he recognized her, and released her. She left, but Shadowclaw went searching for her, and they began talking. Over time they got close, and eventually they were spending nights together in a hollow not far from ShadowClan camp. Since, Shadowclaw became Shadowstar, and Terror found out she was barren, a result of her mixed heritage.

Claw is a large dark grey tabby, one forepaw is white. His claws are reinforced with dogs teeth after the BloodClan fashion. His ears are tatters, torn by many, many fights, and has several deep scars on his belly.
Personality:
Claw is cruel and harsh, and enjoys causing as much pain as possible before killing his prey. He leaves a tell-tale slash across the throat of the cats he kills.

Born to a kittypet named Jia, then shortly after being thrown out with his siblings, Claw and his siblings were brought in by BloodClan, and raised by their father. In time, Shadow would emerge as the favorite after killing his sister, and this made Claw hate him. Eventually, with the death of Scourge and the defection of Shadow, Claw decided to take his fathers mantle, and fought his way to leadership. And he brought BloodClan back together, rebuilding the shattered force to be stronger than before. And one day, he will claim the forrest for BloodClan.
