Neon laughed as she lay on her back. "Nothing is wrong...is anything wrong with you? You look quite distracted..." Neon tilted her head in slightly confustion while looking at Tao. It was werid how the light seemed to give him a slight white aura, white sort of suited him...but Neon thought red would be better.

undergrowth ducked under a bush and waited for the Zolnixi to pass by her, she planned to jump out, scare her, then run off again. She laughed slightly as she pulled fallen leaves and twigs over her body to help with camaflage.

Nao raised a curious brow. "Distracted...?" Had he been distracted? All he was doing these days was plotting ways to escape, though he knew each idea would fail... He thought for a moment before sighing. I suppose some people could imagine that I was distracted... He sat down in the grass before gazing at her, his tail swaying back and fourth. Her coat was something else, too. You didn't see many nixies around here with tribal stripes, aside from him and Neon. Finally, he cleared his throat. "Distracted, I don't think so. I don't have time to be distracted..." His usual cocky mood faded, a scowl appearing on his lips.

Neon got up and sat next to him. "Aw don't turn into a grump all because I said you look distracted! There is nothing wrong with being distracted, Tao..." Neon looked at him and smiled. " So why don't you stop looking like your going to bite my head off and smile?" she nudged him in a friendly, puppy way.

He turned his head away from her, hiding an obvious smirk. "No, I'm mad at you..." He fake pouted before spinning around, giving her a wink. "Is there a reason you woke me from my almost-nap...?" He couldn't tell her that he was actually plotting, no one could know... Though, he suspected that if he did find a way out, she'd be the first to hear about it.

Neon laughed, "You didn't look like you where going to sleep, just distracted...well anyway I wondered if you want to go do something?"

His eyes sparkled madly. "Something...Something like what...?" His black and white tail swished back and fourth. He was eager to know what she wanted to do. She was the only friend he had; he didn't trust very easy and none of the other nixies seemed to be like Neon.

" I dunno...I would say swimming but I'm afraid if it might bring up bad memories..." she lowered her head slightly and flatterned her ears as though she has already done something bad. " I was wondering maybe if you had any ideas? That you would like to do..."

He eyed her with a little grin. "Er, swimming sounds like a fine idea." What bad memories did he have...? All he remembered was waking up on the bank of the river, after all. "I am a big strong Zolnixie, I can handle myself, you know." He pretended to flex his muscles.

Neon laughed as he flexed his mucules. "What mucules are you talking about Tao?" she joked as she stood up. "I know a good lake we could swim at...it should have lily flowers by now!" she said smiling.
