The 30 minutes passed quickly, and amazingly, most of your shots had hit the bull's eye. But, your stomach soon rumbled, and you remembered that you had a little grocery shopping to do. Packing up your stuff, you made your way to the door, pausing just before leaving to check that you had brought everything you needed. Currently, you needed some bread, fruit and butter. Looks like it was time to hunt for those items....

You soon reached your destination, and was greeted by your co-workers. It seemed that another person had gone missing. Wasn't that annoying? The curfews had already been set-up, yet people still strayed in the streets after that time. As you grabbed the file about the missing person, you heard that a new wolf hunt was coming up soon, and that just as previously, volunteers as well as those from the force could join.

Krad jumped, jolted awake from his half-asleep state. He blinked to make sure he wasn't dreaming, for there in her car, was Rebecca. "D*mn it." He cursed softly. He had hoped no one he knew would seem him like this, but it appeared the gods decided otherwise. With a huff, he turned to Rebecca, walking over to the car.

"Yes, if you do not mind giving me a lift to my house. Unfortunately, I am in a rather...." He paused, searching for the best word. "bad state, as you can see." He said, gesturing to his clothes. "I wouldn't want to soil your car." While he did want a ride, he strangely felt bad that he would be dirtying her car, whereas if it was someone else, he would have got in without much fuss.

He twitched his nose unintentionally, as he caught a whiff of the mud like scent on him. He then proceeded to whip his head to the side, as he sneezed. To think such a trivial thing would cause him to do that. He shook his head once he recovered. He must be in a really bad condition for that to have happened.

Walking marginally fast I checked my smart phone which had an unread e-mail from my boss at the small cyber security office I worked at, sliding my finger across the screen opened the e-mail directly "remember, I need that firewall re-coded by Monday" was all that it said. I responded simply with "nearly complete, I should have it done by tomorrow." I put my phone in sleep mode and slid it into my outer coat pocket. He was honestly a pretty laid back guy, I had asked him a week or so ago if I could simply work from home. His response impressed me "as long as you can get you're work done on time, that's all that matters" I knew that a lot of the people there needed more... Direct supervision to see their work through, I promised myself that I wouldn't waste such a good opportunity to fully manage myself, I mean I... CLUNK. I fell backward a bit, dazed finally slumping down into a sitting position. I looked up at a large transparent barrier, there was a man on the other side looking at me like I was a complete idiot, suddenly I realized that I had both reached the convenience store and that I had just made a complete fool of myself by walking head first into a window, I sat there for a second before standing up and brushing off my coat, my gun still firmly in its harness and supposedly unharmed, although I wasn't about to pull it out and check. I walked through the automatic sliding doors and into the convenience store, the town was small enough that no major grocery businesses wanted to set up shop, but big enough to where this store made a considerable amount on food products. Grabbing the three items on my list I approached the register void of other customers at the moment, the man at the counter was middle aged and had an cheerful looking demeanor "hey, uh are you ok?" The man asked, I responded "sorry, yes I am, just a bit lost in thought today" the man started running the items through the scanner and bagging them, I put the money on the counter for the purchase after counting it out he gave me the bag with my food and said "well you take care now, try not to hit anything else" I waved dismissively as I left the store.

Rebecca hadn't thought about how bad his clothing was and what it would do to her car. She wasn't sure if she had any extra money at the moment to get it cleaned but he was a friend and she didn't want to leave him behind. Turning her body so she could see in the backseat, she moved around a few packages and pulled an old, worn out blanket from a small plastic bag. She couldn't remember where she had got it from but she had planned on throwing it away anyways.

Opening the blanket, she covered the seat with it. She made sure to tuck it into the edges so that it wouldn't come out and he would get her seats dirty. "Their all better. I'm sure this will keep my seats clean." She said and shifted herself in the seat so she was facing forward again. She hadn't realized at the time but her back was killing her. She would need to write mattress on her list of things to get in the future.

Lifting her hand, she pressed the small button on the side of her door to unlock the car doors. She never drove around with her doors unlocked, no matter how safe the neighborhood is. "The doors should be unlocked but you might have a problem getting in. When you pull the door handle make sure you pull up, like you're trying to lift the car because the door gets stuck and that is the only way I know of getting it open." She said, unsure if her instructions were clear at all. They didn't sound to clear to herself but nothing sounded clear to her anymore. It was the lack of sleep making everything crazy and making it hard for her to concentrate.

(No problem, I actually just got into a dark souls 2 "guild" so I haven't actually checked the site since my last post, although I'll try to continue checking frequently-ish)
