She was a bit confused. One all that happened in the cafeteria is she choked on her food. Two, why did they have a camera. Not that she would complain about not having to be put in a potential life threatening situation.

(The camera shows the deepest desires of anyone who is taken in a picture by said camera. So, in short, Im trying to figure out her deepest, greatest desire. Its likely more than just wanting a name or wanting to leave the Foundation. Its what her soul wants or desires the most, even if the rest of her mind doesnt know.

( I thought of backstory for her earlier, so it will tie into that a bit most likely. It would be a picture of her with two other people in the photograph. They would all be wearing party hats and in front would be a cake with 21 candles. Her desire is that something had gone differently.)

(Gone differently? As in, she never did something wrong and got taken to the Foundation?)

He nodded and aimed the camera. *smile.*

( She wishes that something didn't happen, because it is the reason she is here, and also because it was traumatic. The two other people are both females btw.)

She smiled and held up both of her hands in peace signs.

The camera flashed before film began printing out, and it showed the girl holding up peace signs, with everything else you described in the photo. The other two girls were also holding up peace signs and grinning.

" Can I see?"
She wanted to get a good look at the picture to double check if it really was what she thought it was.

He nodded and handed it to her.
