I'm attempting to open my "Week of Love Themed Pet" prize that I got from the Valentine competition, but it says that it can only be used during the Week of Love of Event and therefore does not let me open it.
Should be fixed and they should be openable now.

I'm new. I also happened to get a alluring elven lupora in a 10 candy heart use. What does it do? Does it turn a normal lupora into an alluring elven lupora or..?
