what about the ability to feel electricity and emit about as much electricity as a low powered taser at close range?

basically like Kamnari from Mha but if it uses to much of it it burns the hands and stuff ....

ahh yup lol basically he can do wide and close up but if he use a large amount of it it fries his brain opp nevermind his is electricty but kinda the same right same concept of the downside
Lighting powers : Dwn side to it it burns the hands and body if used to much !!
also um im still reading the rp but i will respond soon :)
