As I pulled out of the garage I could already tell the pieces of the Map were going to cause so conflicts. "You know until a couple months ago, zombies were a thing of myths and legends. Who knows Maybe the map really does lead to some sort of treasure...Or Safehouse."

(*you pull out onto the road and drive on down....hours later, you realized it is getting late as the sun has begun to set. You are much startled by the sudden lack of zombies. Whether this is a good sign or not, you fear this sudden luck may not last long. You soon find your van sputtering to an odd stop as you get out of the car and peer down, alas, you had not noticed the tiny hole as a line of gas leaks from behind...

...now seems a good time to see if any shelter is nearby...as abandoning your minivan for now, you carefully glance about to see a park, and an old wooden shed nearby, it is a small run-down shed, but it should provide comfort for now...and as you head close, you suddenly hear a sound coming from inside it...armed and wary, you peer in to see a young girl sitting there, huddled and frightened as she tries to hide herself under an old workbench nearby...*)


(psst...DarkShadowAngel, its your intro...and to the others, sorry...i got a little bit creative with writing,lol, but okay, she's in)

(Oh! I take it the girl is me right! Ooh! Ooh! Ok!)

I looked up as I heard voices and buried myself deeper under the workbench and silently prayed to the skies. "Please don't be zombies. Please don't be zombies. Please don't be zombies. Please. Please!"

I opened the shed door and ushered the other girls into the shed closing the door behind us before any zombie came out into the clearing and saw us. I then looked at the new girl under the work bench. "We won't hurt you without cause." I said in a hushed tone.

(just a ping to let you guys know...can we try and ping each other if we can?)

My eyes widened in horror as I backed into the wall. I gulped and glanced out of the small, frosted window. I saw them approaching and my gaze drifted back to the intruders. I slowly let out a deep breath and clenched my fist. "There's a basement we could seek shelter in!" I blurted, indicating to the trap door I was standing on.

(Erm...guys??? **lets out a lonely whimper**)

I quietly went over to the girl. "That should do" When she moved off the hidden door I opened it and allowed the others to go down first. "You have already been down there right?"

I don't trust it. If it was safe she'd be down there already...but I'll follow if you think it's ok.

(Sorry I haven't been pinging...it stresses me out a bit and i panic and then don't. Sorry!)
