Mel just stared at the table. She knew V-tech was right and that it had been moved, but wouldn't she of heard or saw Kuro run away. "Then why is he still hiding... Please Kuro, Please come out." She begged, hoping for a response. She didn't understand what was happening. All of a sudden she was hearing a sound of footsteps, "Kuro!?" She turned around in excitement and then confusion. Two younger girl were staring up at her with big sad eyes.

Miranda looked up at the girl, her eyes were wild and it looked like she had been crying for awhile. "Why is my bubby laying on the floor in the living room?" She asked, her eyes beginning to tear up again. She didn't want to hear the truth, she wanted to believe he was just sleeping.

Reko laid her hand on her masters shoulder. She didn't want her master to cry, it always made her want to cry. She didn't really understand what was going on but whatever it was was really upsetting Miranda and she didn't like it.

(Well because of him being a moron, Miranda has to suffer... :'( )

V-Tech's face was angry at the girl being so emotional and such a pain. She then heard a familiar voice and turned around. " He can not be laying on the floor if he used the comminication remote...mistress Miranda..." V-Tech said 'mistress' with a lot of annoyance in her voice. She knew the girl because Kuro had once talked to her about her and showed a picture. The chip in her head then told her what she may look like older and Kuro had said if she was ever to come...to call her 'mistress' which was just weird... " All you people are stupid to not realize he can't be on the floor because he used the communication remote and even SPOKE his identification code!"

The shadow figure hid a bit more behind the curtain as it saw Miranda. It's head turned and looked around at the girls and let out a faint sigh as it froze once again to star at Miranda...

(*Hugs Miranda* Im sorry!)

Miranda smiled at the pretty lady. "No, come see." She said, holding back a sob. Taking the tall girl's hand she tugged, hoping the girl would follow her out of the room. She didn't want her brother to be dead, they were suppose to go on a picnic today. She had packed a basket.

Mel's jaw dropped but she quickly recovered her composure. With a deep breath, she concentrated on turning everything off inside of her. Any emotion, thought, or memory. Kuro and her had worked on getting her to feel again but here she was turning it all off. Walking away, she made herself a spot against one of the barer walls and just sat there, staring at the two.

V-Tech refused to move as she stared at the wall werily. " I can not leave without my mechanics shutting down and killing me painfully " she said and removed her hand from the girl's, a pipe on her arm suddenly shooting out some steam. " But fine...I shall believe your word even though it makes no sense..." she added crossly. " and I say good ridance if that scum bag is dead " she then added quickly.

The shadow figure watched what was going on a sighed with a hint of annoyance when V-Tech refused to walk through the door way.

(V-tech is mean, she just told Kuro's sister that she was glad he was dead... Who just does that!!! TT)

Miranda took a step back, tears forming in her eyes. "You don't care that my brother is dead." She whined, sounding more like a child. Turning away she looked over at Mel. "What about you! Do you care that he is dead!?" She screamed, tears streaming down her face.

Mel looked down from the ceiling and stared at the girl. "I don't care about anything." She said, in her emotionless, robotic voice.

Miranda screamed and started pulling at her hair. "What do you mean!!! Someone died and you don't care! You selfish..." She couldn't spit out the rest of her words, they were just turning into sobs.

Tears were forming in Mel's eyes but she forced herself to hold them back. It was final now, she lost everything. No more family or friends, everything was gone and she wold be alone.

V-Tech snorted. " Of course I am glad! He made me how I am! Forced me to guard this god forsaken place! See new people dragged in to become experiments! How can I not be glad?! The people he has killed after all...and his damn snake! " she then glared at Tri who was slithering over to Marinda. " Messes but my mechanics! " she then spat but her spit was mixed with a small bit of oil. " Bet he's gone to hell..."

The shadow figure leaned forward. Wanting to go over but, scared to go over. It knew what it was and what the would think. Not think of it as a friend yet a foe...and V-Tech would surely attempt to kill it...

Miranda shook her head in denial, "Kuro would never do that!" She yelled. Kuro was the nicest guy she had ever met. Always had a smile on his face and the last time they talked he had bought her chocolate chip ice cream. "He cared for me."

V-Tech growled and grabbed the girl's hand and dragged her towards the back on the room. She then pulled a large cloth away from something and standing in front of them where 8 large tubes. Each one inside had a person inside. Some had their eyes open and where weakly banging on the glass, they where clearly begging to be free. " Is he so caring now? " she asked angrily as she stared at the people.

Miranda pulled away from the girl and stared at the huge tubes. "He is, he wouldn't do this!" She yelled and stepped closer to the tubes. They were people, alive and banging on the tubes. One of them placed there hand on the glass and she laid her hand over theirs.

V-Tech rolled her eyes. " This place is in his house yet you still do not believe me?! Uh! You are stubbern to see the truth you annoying little girl! " she said angrily. " And I say once again! " she then paused. " I am so very glad he is dead! "
