"I'm sorry for not trusting you earlier," said Lark, her hand still outstretched. "I misjudged you."

Theta: "is alright. she really needs to calm down. you might as well put your hand down, you aren't going to get the knife." he looks down. blood forms in a pool around him.

"I know," said Lark, but she didn't lower her hand. "Why can't you die?" she asks.

Theta: " i angered the Elders, so they cursed me to live, but watch everything i loved die before me."
