Well, I always liked Tallstar, but I love Crookedstar too. I dont' really have a fav. special edition. I kinda like them all.

I haven't read all the sp. editions, but I loved Bluestar's Prophecy

And maybe, leader-wise, either Bluestar or Leopardstar.

Firestar was cool at first, but I wasn't a fan of him in The Power of Three/The Fourth Apprentice. Idk why but he just dropped off of my favorite warrior characters list after the 2nd series.

So I'm popping in here, just because.

I used ot be obsessed with warriors. I always had to have the enxt book, I was always roleplaying it and writing fanfiction. Well, then the Power of three came out. at first, I loved it. Jaypaw and Hollypaw were awesome and are still on ym favorite characters list, but then it started to get...weird. In my opinion, the alter series became more about kitties with superpowers than wild cats tryign to survive, and it didn't really sit well enough with me to keep reading. I can't remember which was the last oen I read, but I think it was the last of Power of Three. may ahve been first of the enxt arch, but I don't think so.

Don't get me wrong, I love love love the first 2-3 series. It's just after that where I get uninterested.

So, in terms of favorites:
Clan: RiverClan
Leader: Tough one...I'd say Firestar for the first series, but her went downhill after that. I don't think I ahve a favorite other than that
Cat: Series 1: Sandstorm, 2: Squirrelpaw(forgot her warrior name, and Leafpool is a clsoe second), 3: tie between jayfeather and Hollypaw
Series: The first oen was the ebst, but third is a clsoe second. I liked the plot of 2, but I can't seem to enjoy books about so much traveling.

Yeah I guess I have to agree with you as to how the plot changed so drastically. I think if Jayfeather hadn't been in the 3rd/4th series I might not have been as interested. Because there's something about a blind grumpy medicine cat that you just can't not love <3

I loved Cinderpelt too (Cinderheart made me angry) and felt bad for Leafpool and Squirrelflight. And was mad at Crowfeather >:I

HOWEVER there is another arc supposedly coming out and it's sposed to be "Dawn of the Clans" and I think it's supposed to take place back to when the clans first formed with Thunder, Wind, Shadow, and River.

Despite the massive plot change to involving kitties with special starclan-given abilities I think that the books wouldn't have gotten as far if it had remained really the same more or less. Even I have to admit Dovewing's ability was a little stretched, but whatever.
