Ladies and Gents I give to you:
Marquandrius Theodopolis Jackson *Insert my last name here*
Or Marquan for short. :3
He's my asthmatic old man cat. Declawed. I adopted him two years ago and he has been the cuddliest love of my life since. So forgive me when I get carried away.

Flower was shredded shortly after. that poor plant was chewed on so much no matter where we tried to hide it from him.

His very first time outside(since we've had him anyways). Leash training him so he can go out more often when it is nice outside. He hates the harness though. hehe.

One of my Macro shots of him.

And the kitty collage. =P

He also has his own tumblr (which I stopped updating..bad mommy!) What can I say...I'm kitty whipped.

He is spoiled rotten! But he deserves it!

It is weird how he just came into my life, really. **que flashback music**

For three years everything I did ended with "would be better with a cat". This pasta would taste better if I had cat laying on my feet. This song would sound better with a cat. ETC. My mom was still getting over the fact that we lost two and the other two we were forced to give away (a LONG messed up story) but I was ready to have something to cuddle with again. Finally she caved in and for months I searched for the "perfect cat".

I ended up going to petsmart with some friends to get food and some other stuff for his dog and I decided to look at the cats they had there. They were cute, but nothing really caught my attention so I spoke to the lady and asked if they had any nice babies at the actual shelter (it is quite a drive so I figured it was easier to ask someone that worked with the cats then to drive over and be dissapointed) and she said "Oh i like the guy in the cage on the end over there." What cat? I saw NO cat. He was so afriad that he had burried himself under the blankets behind his litterbox. When I picked him up i just fell in love right then. I honestly don't even know what I was thinking myself but I filled out his paperwork right at that moment. Mom was not so pleased she was not consulted. Oops!

The very next day they called me. Apparently I had not spoken to a volunteer but the woman who manages the selter and she rushed my paperwork through. I could pick him up that day. I was so excited! But mom was not. She was mildly unimpressed and gave me glares for weeks because I got a "stupid cat". He hid in our cabinets behind the canned goods or in her closet, which is normal. However, he didn't even eat anything in that time and I had worried he would be dead one day. Not to mention that he has quite a bit of an overbite (pictures don't show it too well) so he tends to have a bit of a drool problem.

Longer story short (haha this is already too long!), I was sitting at the computer one day crying to my friend that my cat probably hated it here because he was starving himself and I turn to see the cat sitting right by me. Then he meowed and jumped right into my lap and he's been my love bug ever since and mah maw(my mom, he always greets her with a meow that sounds like "MAH MAW!" and he only does it for her) now spoils him rotten too! She tells me everyday how she was so glad the fates made me adopt him because he's probably the best cat we've ever owned. I honestly do not even know how I would still be alive without him after some of the things that have happened.

So he drools a little bit. Who cares! Who could possibly want to leave this face locked up at a shelter?!

Also I'm a hobby photographer so I tend to only show pictures that are decent. I probably have over 3k pictures of him, but only about ten ever float around. I love, love, love taking pictures, but no where near good enough to try it for a living. lol

You guys all have such lovely pets! :3

Here's a picture of my best fluffy friend, Cezare. We were together from age 4 - 19 until we had to get him put down a couple of years ago
He'll be a tough one to replace, but I do want to get another horse at some point... when I actually can afford to that is ^^'

(He developed ligament problems in his back legs which got pretty bad as he got older so I couldn't ride him, but I'd take him for walks instead )

Cezare was so pretty! @Tpll I would love to have a horse, but I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to give it the time it would need. not to mention how expensive they are-I've heard they are some of the best companions though.

Thank you! He certainly knew he was pretty too haha.
They are amazing friends if you're lucky enough to really click with them. They're extremely willing so long as you spend the time with them, same as with any pet really.
My Mum's always had horses so I've been extremely privileged to have been around them since I was born. They really are amazing creatures!

I love all animals, but dogs have a special place in my heart. I've had too many good ones to ever live without ten or fifteen (lol, jk)

This is my Killian when we went to view the litter when they were 8 days old. He's a brown sable german shepherd, and a complete daddy's boy (daddy being my husband).
UNSIZED PUPPY PIC

Here he is the next time we saw him, he was 3 weeks old. I'll have to upload a more recent picture of him, he's 8 months old now!
UNSIZED PUPPY PIC

Here's our newest baby Hank. He's a 3 month old mini dachshund mix born to a stray at a farm not far from where we live. This pic is a little old, he's not so cute now that he and his siblings are being treated for mange
