love the character, she's definitely going to be interesting because of being raised as an assassin and not being thrown into a public school, once you make your character appearance you'll be in :)

human appearance: The first thing people notice about Teddy is that his human form isn't quite that--human. His neck with a thin-line mane of black fuzz running down the back, his eyes lined with streaks of black and containing undertones of an unnatural amber. Aside from that, he has brown skin, short black hair, an athlete's lean build, faint scars across his hands and a nick in his left ear.
clothing: Pressed shirts, dress pants, ties and blazers, like he's following a nonexistent dress code. Occasionally, hoodies, jackets, athletic wear and dirty shoes, worn to great, jarring effect.
shifted appearance: 35 inches tall at the shoulder, 48 inches long, and 90 lbs in weight. Classic coat colors of painted brown, black and white. A chunk torn out of his left ear, crisscrossing lines across his front paws.
abilities: Fluid shape-shifting, being able to stop at various points between forms. Heightened senses, even when mostly or entirely human. Self-taught fighter.
personality: Teddy's thirst for the spotlight hurts, burning in its intensity as it sets twin desires for recognition and companionship throbbing under his skin. He's drawn to it like a sojourner to an oasis, the shimmering cerulean on the horizon promising fulfillment, only to leave him wanting as he draws near and drinks. Because just that was never enough, and man needs more than a drink, needs food, shelter, safety.
His throne is built on the consideration of possibilities, on seeing every curve of the ball and guiding that one perfect pitch, on watching three, four times removed as rumors grow and fester. Hes hard-working, enterprising and tenacious; hes two-faced, venomous and fickle. And for now, hes content with his position, with the success that hes found at each school spirit event that hes hosted, with the silent understandings he has with those that see his second self, with the soft bond that curls between him and friends that lack both the desire and the means to knock him down.
backstory: Teddy's just a guy. :> Only-child, moved from South Africa with his mom for the job, let himself recruited cause he needed attention.

i absolutely love this character, you went above and beyond writing the backstory and i loved reading it, i must applaud this :)
i made these off of your description if you would like to use them, just to give a visual to everyone. if they don't look right then i can delete them though:
the eyes look a lil spooky lol

It's fine, I'll remove it. Also, could I put a personality on there? I think it would explain the character more. But that's also what the backstory is for, so... whatever you decide is fine.
