I would love to see more flowing wings on the Griffi - like the tempest wings of the Aurleon.

Something like this:

Fold over ears for the Luopras like a German Short Hair Pointer would have and docked tail.

I was recently replaying The Legend Of Zelda Twilight Princess and the idea of souls trapped in lanterns interested me. Apparently the idea is based off of a phenomenon called will 'o the wisp which is basically unexplained floating orbs of light. I've made a prototype design of what this could look like on a Ryori.

I cant make the orbs look wispy but you get the idea :P

Sylvorpa:
It has so much potential to be creepy and/or badass, and I'm thoroughly disappointed that hasn't been taken advantage of.

- 3rd pair of legs;
- change eyes from 2 to 6/10/16/20+ smaller ones;
- eyes on body parts other than the head;
- shorter, spiky tail without the fish-like tip (e.g. M1II);
- spikes on the rest of the body to go with the tail;
- shark gills;
- rounded head / more stumped face;
- thick neck / make torso, neck and head the same in thickness;
- long teeth poking out;
- transparent jaw/face with the insides (long, teeth, bones, etc) visible;
- tentacles (not necessarily with octopus-like suckers or anything like is known is exist IRL)

Aurleon:

- shorter neck;
- spiky/messy feathers;
- a pair of legs instead of or in addition to wings (t-rex vibes);
- fleshless/scarred, featherless, boney parts (undead vibes);
- additional head(s)

Morkko:

- teddy bear ears;
- spiky/bone tail;
- feathers instead of fur;
- who said bears and wings don't go well together?
- shave the fur (partly or completely; if partly, you can shave out cool shapes)
- horns/spikes along the spine and/or poking out of joints and/or anywhere on the body
