The anwer to 13 I think is Athena? I was going to be named athena! Edit: My dad told me a little about her! No No WAIT I meant Themis! sorry I was thinking Athena Because I saw an Athena costume at the store! I hope I can change my answer! if not I do understand. :)

Dionysus was the god of wine(and fruit/vegetation/winemaking related to that), madness, and festivities.

quick googling declares "He was depicted as either an older bearded god or a pretty effeminate, long-haired youth."

the latter is definitely not Mr. D. though now i'm actually reading up on him further and...yeah i'd be pretty grumpy too, sounds like he went through a lot.

on the other hand, it appears in fact actual Dionysus was hidden from Hera by being raised as a girl, and he kept whatever attributes he felt comfortable with even after identifying as male when he was older. but Riordan proooobably would've handled all that as badly as most do, so i'm kinda fine with drunk uncle Dionysus. better than awful cracks about gender norms ruining a great series. es. (how DO you refer to multiple series?)
