Question: if it ok to use an OC for a D&D campaign that is set in the near future and doesn't really use the proper form?

Physical Description: Thin, paralyzed from the hips down, uses a spider like Mecha attachment to move around(similar to Togo from Yuki Yuna), Black/Violet hair, Amber eyes, sickly pale.

Race, Class, and Background: Half-Elf, Ranger, Noble

Personality and alignment (Can include MBTI type): INFP-T, quiet, rarely speaks, observer, dark inner thoughts, mood changes quickly and extremely in intense situations especially those involving men. Chaotic Good

Backstory and/or other information: Mother was an elf father was a human. She was an only child and was abused by her father. Her mother took her away to live with the elves. Has a weak immune system and developed Acute flaccid myelitis(AFM) early in her childhood. Due to the magical and technological advances of the elves she was able to walk using the above-mentioned attachment. Her life was pretty crap...but she was also able to live mostly normal after getting the attachment. So it wasn't all crap, and she's in high school.

So...that's her, she was originally made for a futuristic campaign based loosely off of BNHA.
