"You may laugh now but..." Jericho chuckled. "You wouldn't want to feel the wrath of..." He and Noir burst out laughing and rolled around on the floor in a laughing fit. The strange Sylesti's looked puzzled. "Oh and in case you're wondering." Noir started turning serious, but still kept a smile on his face. "The last person who joked about our 'secret weapon' turned to dust and was whisked away by the wind. Whatever you fear most is the way you will get killed. The last person was petrified of Fire, and burned to death." Jericho burst out. "Yeah, it was soooo funny! It was like one minute he was there and a few minutes later when we returned there was this GINORMOUS fire that we couldn't put out! Then suddenly it just went out, and all that was left of that guy was this pile of Ash! We knew it was OUR secret weapon because..." Noir slapped his wing over Jericho's beak. "So...you get the picture about our secret weapon. Are you going to make this deal or not. The deal will be...that you learn and respect the laws of territory and don't enter other's territory without permission, you will also respect all Clan Laws no matter who they were laid down by and we will do the same. If you don't comply once we have made this deal, our 'Secret Wepaon' will find you and...well who knows? What are you most afraid of?"

Fire Ball laughed at the two sylestie. " Afraid of? The only thing we are scared of is..." before he could carry on Nighthawk quickly grabbed his throat with her beak and dug her claws into him. He whimped as she let go. By his tail blood started coming out.
" You know we don't talk about that Fire Ball!" Nighthawk snapped.
Seferon shivered. " Oohh...I hope that.." She stopped seeing the glare in Nighthawk's eye. " I h-hope that...the ashes don't taste of ash this...year?"
Emerald flew over to the two. " Rules shmools. We can't obay them if we where never told. Our leader never told us them so." She grinned. " We asumed there where none. Because isn't it the leader of the pack's job to tell their pack about the rules? We where not told. And also. You ain't getting the tree back! All our trees are dead or poisoness so we are keeping the tree!" Emerald huffed at them.

Jericho and Noir stared at them. "Unbelievable." Jericho muttered. "So...who wants to wake it up this time? I mean come on. He's gonna be ticked off real bad this time" He shook his head. Noir turned around slightly, flew to the tree nearest to the boundary and called out towards Oak territory. It was different to his normal call. More like a song. Suddenly, Roxanna and Sephrina came running out of the forest. "What did we miss?" Roxanna asked Jericho.
"Noir's gonna call..." He looked at the other sylesties and whispered. "You know who..." Roxanna nodded. Just then a storm whipped up. The rain came lashing down and soaked only the intruders. Then, 4 beams of lighting shot down and amazingly, wrapped around them and lifted them up. Noir shouted at the intruders as they were getting lifted up. " WE TOLD YOU..." The rest of his sentence was cut off by a loud booming voice which said. "There is a war coming, work together or die. Heed my warning. Or you and your land will all be destroyed." Everything stopped and the intruders dropped to the ground, dizzy. After the sylesties had recovered Sephrina glared at the other sylesti's. "The guardian showed me what will happen if we don't work together, and guess who's fault it was that we ALL DIED?! YOURS! If we don't work together now we will die. The guardian never lies. Nobody knows what we will be fighting, yet. We must at least try to get along, or the inevitable will occur... You value your lives don't you?"

Fire Ball shook his head as droplets of water fell off. " What the hell just happened?" Nighthawk said as droplets fell from her beak.
Seferon Look at the other sylesties interested like Emerald. Emerald fluttered her wings sending water everywhere. " Our fault if the packs are destroied? As if. All we do is work to survive. Survive is all we do and we do it very well. I mean the worst winters past in a breeze."

" That isn't true Emerald. In the last one you started panicing because some of the emeralds where cracking from the cold. You said it was the worst winter ever." Seferon said innocently. Emerald glared at her. " No I didn't! And they where NOT cracking!" Emerald huffed.

Fire Ball spotted the female Nighini and raise a eye brow...* if he had any* Well what have we got here? He thought.

Sephrina spotted the Red Nephini looking at her, blushed and flew and hid behind Noir. "We don't know the answer to that question either. Sephrina?" Noir stepped away and revealed the shy Nephini.
"Um...Our guardian said...that..." She stuttered. Then stood (floated) up straight and snapped at them. "You're so stubborn and irresponsible that you end up killing us all." The other sylesti's glared at her so she sprinted off and cowered behind Roxanna, who stood defiantly and glared daggers at the other Sylesti's one by one until they lowered their gaze. Lastly, she glared at the Red Nephini known as Fire Ball as his eyes were glued to Sephrina. Sephrina blushed so much that her fairy dust twinkled. Roxanna growled softl enough so only he could hear, and he looked at her and raised an eyebrow (if he had any) mockingly. Roxanna started to go forward but was stopped by Noir. "Not worth it. Come on. Let's go, why waste our time here? They're never going to get over their stubborn ways to think about the safety and welfare of other clans. We might as well go kiss everything goodbye." Noir turned around stubbornly, when the Lunemara stopped him...

Nighthawk glared at them all. " Stubbern? We only do what we do becau-" This time Fire Ball got revenge on her by senting her tail on fire. " You know we don't talk about that Nighthawk" he said mockingling. Fire Ball then looked back at the female smiling at her. Nighthawk quickly put the fire out and glared at the burnt patch. " Very funny..." she muttered.

Emerald fluttered her wings again. " Anyway we are not stubbern. It's just out leader tells us what to do. And our leader, if you wish to talk to our leader, does not talk to other packs unless the offer a sacrifical emerald."

Seferon glaced over at Fire Ball watching the female niphini. Oh dear...she thought...he's at it again...

Sephrina risked a look at the Red Nephini. 'Wow, he's kinda hot' she thought. "It is not our place to speak or complain to your leader. But just listen to this, if you want to survive continue with your ways you...love...so much, then I suggest you talk to your leader." Noir said solemnly. Roxanna yelled at him, shocked.
"WE'RE JUST GONNA LEAVE IT AT THAT?! AFTER ALL THAT, WE'RE JUST GONNA LEAVE THEM WITH A WARNING?!" She was pacing now. "THEY' TO STUBBORN TO EVEN BE BOTHERED TO DO SOMETHING! LET ALONE ACTUALLY DO IT! WE'RE ALL PROBARBLY GONNA DIE 'COZ OF THEM AND YOU'RE LETTING THEM OFF WITH A WARNING?" The other Sylsesti's were glaring at her ferociously now. "What? You know it's true." Noir started off towards they're territory. "Wha...wha...unbelievable!" Roxanna muttered. Jericho and Sephrina followed Noir without another word. Roxanna turned before she followed. "Don't be stubborn...for once in your life...do the right thing...for everyone's sake."

Nighthawk sighed. " We'll discuss it with our leader if that makes you shut your traps..." Nighthawk turned around and started striding in the direction of their base.

Fire Ball smiled when he saw the female niphini look at him. He quickly slunk into the trees as his team walked back to the base.

Later when they where back at base they all went over to a large glowing, blood red emerald platform with diamonds dotted on it.

Nighthawk spoke in a werid laungage. " O duka far tuu. may de coo" A grumble replied to her as more words where spoken by a ever changing voice. " Co du sha? Melo du farrr...."

Once they'd made it back to house, Sephrina said. "I think we should all go make a wish. Properly."
"PROPERLY?" Noir, Jericho and Roxanna said in unison.
"Yes, properly. It's more likely to be heard if we all do it properly like we mean it. We need to wish for everything to be Ok, for the war to never be lost and those stubborn sylesti's to...well...not be stubborn." They all nodded in understnading, and headed off to the Bay of Mysteries.

Once they'd reached the bay, they stood far enough away from the sea so that it doesn't touch them. Sephrina started to sing a lovely lullaby which echoed around the bay. The sea became like a sheet of glass, still and silent. All together in their minds, they wished. As hard as they could, while Sephrina still sang. On the wind, came a whisper, which said. "Need not worry. All will become clear in time. The war will not be won, nor lost. Patience. Courage, and willingness to change. I will protect you." There was a flash of blinding light then the sea went back to normal. The sylesti's looked at each other and smiled. "Wow." They all said.
"Why couldn't that do that every time? I want to know, like everything, like about the hunts and stuff! IT'S NOT FAIR!" Jericho moaned. Instead of telling him off for whining, they all laughed, half out of relief half out of Hope.

While the sylesties where praying Fire Ball was watching and grew a sudden interest in the sea. I wonder...if I drank some would it be better then our blood caught water?

The team nodded to the response. Nighthawk looked at the others. " If there is peril we must sort it...if not then we shall take one of the sylesties from the tribe who warned us and sacrifice it in the river. Then paint it's blood apone a ash body then stick it's hollowed out head over the ash's head and send it back to the tribe." She said.

Emerald shivered. " Oh I do love our presents! Anyway...let's plant the tree on your back first Nighthawk!!" Seferon sang.
